Lauren and I have a mutual friend, Mrs. Ellen Marsh, who introduced us. Lauren and her mom took me to drinks at my favorite spot, Whiskey Thief, and we hit it off right off the bat! After our first meeting, we picked a date, September 26, 2020, and started planning.

The couple wanted a very simple, elegant ceremony and reception dinner – that is exactly what we did! Lauren knew she wanted white flowers and greenery to complement her day. Thanks to Luma Designs, we brought in (my favorite) cross back chairs and a large white table for the reception dinner.
The view was incredible.. they could not have picked a better day or backdrop for their special day!
Lauren was glowing the entire day!
The couple served communion (COVID-style) after the ceremony. It was a special moment between the two and their guests.
All family and friends sat together while the wonderful Chattown Catering staff served dinner. I love hearing toasts on the wedding day and the toasts at this wedding warmed my heart. These two have so much love and support!
