Born and raised in the sweet little town of Stuttgart, Arkansas, I’ve always had big dreams of seeing the world and turning my passion for weddings into something magical. Enter: a red-headed, hard-working guy I met in 2011, who completely stole my heart and became my partner in crime.

After graduating from Arkansas State University, I married my love, Jack, on September 10, 2016. We’ve moved around like pros—Mississippi, Colorado, Tennessee, and finally back to Arkansas—but if I never see a moving truck again, I’ll be doing a happy dance. Then, in October 2019, we kicked things up a notch and launched An Ellington Event. Fast forward to November 4, 2021, we welcomed our sweet baby Frederick Scott into the world, and on February 21, 2025, Scarlett Bea followed him, making me a proud mama to two fiery red-heads who keep my heart (and my dreams) full.

An Ellington Event is built on the magic of those iconic TV weddings—think The Wedding Planner, Steel Magnolias, My Best Friend’s Wedding, and A Walk to Remember. Those films had me hooked on creating stunning celebrations where love steals the show, and I’m lucky enough to bring that magic to life for others.
